How the show was born
I decided to start a social media marketing agency in August of 2015 from my dorm room in college. Aside from a basic internship, I practically learned how to start this business from listening to podcasts. There were a ton of great entrepreneurial and marketing focused podcasts but none that addressed my biggest problem in my business – finding clients. After about a year and a half, I finally started to figure out what was working for me and honing in on that.
I obtained a large salon and spa as a client and after meeting a few of the staff, I quickly learned that their biggest problem was that they either didn’t know how to build up their clientele or didn’t know how to find new clients once their prices were raised. So that lead to my question:
'Why is there not a podcast that interviews top professionals across various industries who have built up their own massive clientele?'
Giving it a bit of thought, I decided enough was enough and that it was time to start The Art of Obtaining Clients Podcast!
What is The Art of Obtaining Clients?
The Art of Obtaining Clients is a 2 day/week podcast where I interview top professionals in service based industries to help people learn their exact strategies to build and retain massive clientele.
Guests are vetted via revenue, number of clients, retention rate and more for listeners to have peace of mind knowing the advice, tips and tricks getting shared are actually effective.

This show was initially made for hair stylists but as interviews progressed and the show became a reality, I've realized that this show is truly for anyone in a service based industry who is in charge of growing their own book of clients.
